Lynn and I started this site so our friends and family could track the progress and the process of renovating a farm house build in 1901.  Once the renovations are complete, we plan to make it our home.

The goal will be to keep regular post going and pictures too.  As for the renovation, we plan to replace all the system (electrical, HVAC, plumbing), put a new roof on, remove 2 chimneys, add 1 new chimney, and add an addition 400-500 sq. of living space.
