The answer: Very little!  Oscar and his crew at AFA Constructors are doing a great job on the roof. The removed the fireplaces, stacked the brick, and removed the old tar shingles from the house.  They have also removed all of the old cedar shakes (which act as singles).

The wooden cedar shingles gave the house a real farm house look.  You get a good feel for how the house looked in 1901!.
