Wow. There was a lot of action today at the Fletcher Broome House. Today we had roofers, plumber, masons, and excavators at the house. All were doing there thing.
The roofers have stripped the roof down to the original cedar shakes. It looks pretty cool.
The masons have pulled down the chimneys to the ground. But, there are some bricks that remain inside the house. So, I’m a little worried about the weight of the bricks on this old floor.
The plumber ran water out to the place and replaced the line to the septic tank.
The GC dug the footings for the new construction and demo-ed enough of the inside of the house to show off the original hardwood floors.
